COLLOQUIUM PROJECT

Abstract:

In my colloquium project I examine the Western canon and why we should still be studying it. Despite Postmodern theories, I believe the Western canon is important to everyone, not only the academic community. Through community libraries and book clubs we can have a dialogue about shared and differed values, and grow together.
